Persoally I'm doing it all legit..don't really care about all this brouhaha...but something caught my eye.

ACpay's signup docs are the most comprehensive and if you read their terms and conditions they require you to use on your site, it states that the member is becoming a customer of ACPay and not of the site they are joining. Now what concerns me and should concern wm's is the part about the member being a customer of ACPay and not the site they are joining.
What does this mean for the owner of the site?
I haven't read the tos...but you know how those things can and do change.
I'm not one for conspiracies but this does seem to have the potential to bite the WM in the ass.
