Oct. 4: "We HAVE a presence in the EU, business as usual, nothing to worry about".

Oct. 11: "We're TRYING TO set up a presence in Europe, you'd better set up a company in the U.S. though".

Today: "We will have a banking relationship in the 'European region' in time".
