Agree Rochard - tis is silly and biased article. It does not even represent what the Association of Chief Police Officers actually said in March.

Despite that - it is nothing knew for the UK to cover up scenarios in the same way other countries do. It's all in the detail - John Stalker's report on Northern Ireland was a classic example. He was just an honest police officer who wrote a report that was not "helpful" at that time. It's worth keeping an open mind - on everything.

There are plenty valid and well-researched media reports - If you want to choose a few with some substance, fine - but using what is basically garbage ain't going to help, and, who knows - you could be doing a disservice and missing more relevant and valid news items.
