by non- visa rebills, i meant rebills from mc, jcb, etc. i know there are options from some of the other processors to opt out of visa, and continue signups and rebills with all the other payment methods. i haven't heard anything from ibill on this.
shap - what i'm looking at right now is maybe moving my rebills to someone else's merchant account (who uses ibill for scrubbing, etc). it may or may not be an option. looks sort of hopeful though.
at least it looks like the processing deadline for ibill is Nov 15 (not Nov 1st) - something i've been asking about for the past week...
