I don't mean to be disrespective but I thought adult webmasters were at the cutting edge of the online industry. Torrenting has been around for an age and is in the mainstream crosshairs.

Wtf is a torrent? It's a file that directs a torrent download client to a community of PC's allowing access to files stored on those PC's within a shared folder
What are they for? They are used for downloading the newest movies, audio albums, adult content, books, software...
What do they do? Without the download client they will do nothing. With the client see above

The advantage of torrents over other p2p download networks (kazza, napster, etc) is that you can check the comments and feedback from others who have downloaded before you download. So you, 95% of the time, get the item you thought you would get and not some hacked piece junk.
