From a guy who started with Fortran in 1967, written and sold Pascal (and then Delphi) programs, to one who is still learning Perl and MySQL, my surprise to this thread is that it ever went this far. Nuclei should have never let the flames get so high, and this thing should have been settled behind the scenes.
Sorry Nuclei, but you seem to be at least the PR part of PC, if not one of the principals with full authority, and it should be your job to keep the customer satisfied and all the dirty laundry off the thread. If you're not one in authority to resolve the issue, you should not have been replying.
I really don't like to criticize anyone, but I have say I would be very hesitant to ever do any business with PC.
