Well, William...I guess it looks like I'm not the only one who had problems with TAVS. Even your examples of happy customers are calling you out on it! LOL!
Are you going to take care of some customer service and credit some $ back or are you just going to ignore this thread and pretend you never saw it? Hopefully you are a smart enough businessman to know what the right decision is.
