I guess if PerlCoders.com wanted to keep the "moral high ground" then they should offer a partial or full refund , however after reading this thread I think there has probably been a little fault and some bad luck on both sides.
I think one of the issues here is that when you buy "off the shelf" scripts, you run the risk of having to fit within the legacy design of that script. Inevitably you're going to find some users have problems. Off the shelf scripts are a great way to do some things and a bad way to do others.
If you are going to run an AVS, do it yourself and get someone to code it to your requirements. Many AVS systems have their own features and quirks, no "off the shelf" script will fill these needs.

Sexfind, I would agree 100%, except for one minor thing. If you read above, I authorized Ryan to make Jack happy MONTHS ago. I even emailed Jack saying that in exact words at that time. This has nothing to do with Jack caring about his money or he would have gone thru and gotten it months ago.
When it becomes nothing but piss then they get piss back.
