Try this:
Head down to your local fast food joint (Del Taco if possible) and bring a hershey bar (no nuts). Make sure to keep the hershey bar in your pocket all day so it gets nice and warm though. Head on in to a shitter stall and wait. You may have to wait a while depending on the turnover rate of your local fast food joint. Once someone sets up shop in the stall next to you its time to bust out the hershey bar. Open that baby up and rub that fucker all over your hand. Then you wanna go ahead and put your hand under the stall into the other dudes stall (ya the one with the chocolate rubbed all over it you jackass) then say "Hey man can you pass me some TP brutha, seems to be a shortage over here".
Repeat if neccessary.
