Yeah, it made me laugh a lot. Some people couldn't get past the few scenes of graphic violence which is a shame because like you say it's a great fucking satire. Here in Queensland in Australia they sold the book shrinkwrapped and you had to be over 18 to buy it.
Speaking of books that made me laugh, has anyone read "Hollywood" by Charles Bukowski. Shit that's a funny book.
