I hope that everyone did some good business, and retained their sense of humor. It has been a very bad time for all involved in the putting on the show. We did everything humanly possible to put on the same show we always do. The sponsors will never know how very much we appreciated their support.

There is only so much we can say without attorney approval. It is not close to being over for us. But I will say that we received a letter of cancellation from the new ownership at a very late date and had to 'go to the mat to perserve the show. IT WAS MUCH TOO LATE TO CANCEL. We have been continually harrassed, and put through a lot of mental hell. We have spent much more than the show made, and have taken risks that are very scarey. Ynot hung in there with us, knowing that they may never receive one penny for all Jay's efforts. But, there is just NO WAY the show was not going to happen. People gave us their money and trust. I have fought a lot of battles over the years for my credability, but this one was definiately the most costly. As an industry, we just cannot bend over and take whatever people decide to throw at us, on a whim. I just will not stand for it. You sometimes have to take a stand, and do 'whatever it takes! We cannot let ourselves be treated like second class citizens, with no repisals. There are legal remidies - they are just costly, frustrating, and SLOW.
