I disagree. That's his JOB... he's a shock jockey. And judging from the response here on GFY, a pretty good one. I give him props for shocking GFY, and stirring it up. That's what he gets paid to do, and clearly he does it sucessfully.
I think BOTH models seem pretty poorly managed, and this promotion is less than purely positive for many reasons. To name a couple they're both poorly lit throughout, and reduced to their physical assets, only. Clearly top performers offer much more, and this strategy and persona-building is a management team's job. Without that, it's just a young woman's pretty body and that's all either of these two have going for them. The content is terrible. Aside from the drama quality, I can't see there being much interest... perhaps that's the reason for the drama.
I worked for a corporate talent buyer in New York and produced a lot of shows.. Etta James, Pointer Sisters, etc. etc. and each had what's known as a ryder to accompany any contract. This ryder would specify lighting requirements, appropriate conversation topics, etc.. EVERYTHING so that the talent would only be viewed in the most positive light.
I think these girls need more professional representation.
