There may be certain exceptions, some people may be able to stay focused on their driving. But there are too many others that are air-headed dipshits that CAN'T stay completely focused while driving and talking. They are in rushhour traffic and taking multiple calls, arguing with their wife/husband on one line, solving a crisis at the office on the other line, and worrying about something else besides. It's a recipe that is made for disaster, so no..... I simply don't accept your statement that it doesn't affect your driving.
Sometimes a split-second of reaction time is all it takes to aviod an accident, and that fucking phone in your hand might mean the difference between someone living or dying because it slows your reaction time down even a little. There is no way you can say it could never happen. No point in arguing about it either, it's a fact that there are a LOT of accidents nowadays due to cell-phone usage while driving.
