i cant say this enough... get references and check them out....
its sad cause there are a lot of talented freelancers around here and other boards.. it too bad that a few scammers screw it up for everyone...
i have an idea... we should set up a website with freelancers that people have used and have had a good experience with.. a site with their info and references that can be contacted...
