I don't know anything about Mansion, but I've been working with dozens of clients with NATS installs in the last few months and anytime we've had to open a ticket, they've gotten fast response even on weekends. So I'm amazed to hear about your post but I guess when you do enough business eventually someone is bound to be unhappy.
