okay , I have the same board as you so I just checked to be sure
hit delet to enter Bios and then select " voltage/frequecy control"
which should be there, seeing as how we have the same model board, however, I may have newer version ( if so Youll have to flash the bios)

and select 133 as frequency
and then reboot and all should be fine

I am running a amd Athlon xp 1900+
and thats all I had to do

worse comes to worse , do what I did call the closest little puter shop and say you just bought it and..... they help you out
