Anyone who uses NATS and does mailings will hopefully be able to help with this

I'm trying to list FHG's in a mailing with the NATS code embedded like this

http://www.teendreams.com/tgp/20/yana/?nats={$nats_code[1][1]}

But when i send a test to myself i see no code at the end

How do I find the program id : the siteid is definately 1, but the programid i cant find? (so i guessed 1)

Does that code look right also.?
