It is a scam just like any other.. No one has any ownership of the moon, and probably won't for a very very long time..
Tell me what happens when the Joint Governments decide to put a very large observatory on the moon that takes up enough land to piss off a few thousand people?
I predict you will suddenly see this company dissapear with everyones money and leave you with a nice peice of toilet paper that cost however many hundreds of dollars you paid for it..
