When I took classes in political history, I was told that fascism is actually (or originally) a form of government in which wage negotiations are done between

1- Employees (their representatives of course)
2- Employers
3- The government

In addition, the negotiations are done separately in each sector of industries.

The definition above maybe more or less incorrect but you get the idea.

For some reason unknown to me, fascism has got another meaning in today's vocabulary

Colin or anyone, have you heard or read anything similar to this?
