They have a guy named Andre who is great! always answer my icq msg's quickly and everything, but lately Myles has decided that no one except him may mess with the box i'm hosted on, and Myles don't respond to my msg's nor fix the problems...
Right now all my domains has been down for 5+ hrs (perhaps more, it was down 5hrs ago when i woke up so who knows, might have been down all night?), I've tried every way to contact cologroup about this, including telephone, there 'live support' service, trouble ticket, icq to both Jason and Myles.. All without any response what so ever.. Further i've been trying to reach Myles for more than 2 weeks since there are some serious troubles with my permissions. No response.
During the time i have been hosted with cologroup i have suffered large amounts of downtime, server overloads, none responding support, redirection of all my traffic to some other page (i'm not kidding) and a whole bunch of other shit like that. I have probably opened more than 20-30 support tickets during the months they have been hosting me, and sent numerous icq-complaint. It has actually gotten to that point when i'm embarrassed to tell 'em that there stuff isn't working.
If you have had only good experience with 'em, congrats!
yes, perhaps it's because i'm on virtual, but with the small amount of traffic i'm pushing right now, it's not worth going dedicated.
So perhaps you can understand that i'm pretty fed up with this shit and intend to find a new hosting company as soon as possible.
