I could open a porn site, allow submissions from content producers that promise all girls are of age? And they have necessary paperwork? Now I am authorized to use the content? Legally?
Is the loop-hole letting content providers make their own "user submissions" to my site?
I pay some guy $3000. for a dead laptop ... he in turn makes a user submission of content ... his own or pirated?
