If it were up to me I would take it one step further.

PEOPLE ON WELFARE SHOULD NOT SMOKE

You know it really pisses me off when people say they can't afford to feed their kids and they are smoking cigs that cost $5 a pack!

Quit smoking a pack a day and you'd save $150 a month.

Also, I don't know how it is in the rest of the country, but in Everett (north of Seattle) the low income housing (referred to as "The Projects") is full of brand new cars.

People can't even speak English but they have a rent free house with a brand new car out front? What's wrong with this picture?
