You're on drugs and need to be tested.
Disabled people on SSI don't even get that much in most states.

Living Alone: $632 (FBR of $545 + $87 state supplement)
Living With Others: $568 (FBR of $545 + $23 state supplement)
Living in Household of Another: $386.34 (FBR of $363.34 + $23 state supplement)
I believe once you accept government interference into your life such as accepting money, grants etc then yes you've asked for it all.
However it needs to be done equally...if the poor single mother on welfare has to have drug tests because she gets gov't money...then I say the middle class white kid at the local state college on a pell grant should have to do the same thing.
