That's a banking issue unfortunately, and not ours, so in short, no we cannot, at least not right at the moment, and even if we can down the track, we would not consider unless we knew you well or had an existing relationship with you.
Having said that, talking never hurt anyone, and after the initial 2 weeks, then it is a weekly payment cycle however you want it anyway.
