The file is in CSV format and weighs in at about 20MB; it's a simple matter of uploading the file and executing 2 SQL queries to update it. If you're uncomfortable with this, I can do it at no extra charge since it's a simple task.

Monetizing a site similar to this is a cakewalk since you have advertisers such as Flycell that are paying $15 for each user that simply enters their phone number and confirms the pin. This code is 100% custom and has been developed by me. If you need additional changes I will provide up to 5 hours of my programming service relating to this site at no charge.
