you can steal a candy bar once and get a slap on the wrist, but when you continually steal the same candy bar and keep getting caught, you will serve time for that simple $.60 treat...and when you steal the candy bar and dance around flaunting that you stole that candy bar for the 10th time, I wouldn't be surprised if you served the maximum time in jail for it
