I think since the first time this happened you have now become so fearfull that it will happen again that you are making it happen subconsciously.
You might want to get a check up from your doctor just for the hell of it, this should not be happening to you at your age and it's a good time to get a physical exam to make sure everything is ok.
Not to try and scare you but testicular cancer strikes men between the age's of 15-35 mostly but is very treatable when caught earily. When it comes down to your favorite body part you need to figure it out as fast as possible!
