Well, should a person follow a stupid law? Being topless in a bar that's holding a wet t-shirt contest is hardly cause for her to be brought up on charges.
Now, you can say she's fucked the system too many times, that she's pushed her luck, etc, but maybe that's what people should do when laws are that stupid.
If everyone played by the rules we'd all be doing super softcore porn right now and people like Larry Flynt would have just knuckled under to the pressure and been a good boy that followed the rules.
