I have photoshop cs, and I have run into a problem. When opening a photo that is supposed to be vertical, PS opens it, and turns it horizontal. It renders my actions usless, and slows down my work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program, and I have checked the settings in the options against another machine that has PS, but does not do the same thing.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
