do lots cardio, cold shower, eat sour cream, nuts, mango other healthy stuff.
exercise, lay off sex and jerking for a while till you get real hungry. most likely its a psycholgical glitch, you need lots of different phisical activity for your mind be able to "forget" (unwind) it. see the doc just in case. taking viagra and such at 20 y.o. is a bad idea generally, it's a short term solution which will not fix the roots of the problem and may cause dependancy in future.
