The Angels deserved it. They have one of the lowest annual incomes in baseball to work with. This will certainly help that. They played a hell of a second half of the season and an edge-of-your-seat entertaining post season.
Be interesting to see them at Spring training in Peoria and then next season against the Ms... especially if the Ms end up with Dusty Baker for manager.
They certainly earned their wings.
