I never have these problems. If someone owes me money, I go after them for it. I have had companies in this biz try to scam me out of over $10K - you better believe I got it out of them too!
If someone owes me money, there is no way in hell I am going to say - oh well, I just wont do biz with them anymore. I would lose a ton of money that way.
Would you pay someone a percentage to deal with issues like this? Seriously. For any amount of money, paid after the check has come in. Would it be worth 10-15% of the total if you actually got paid on it?

yeah its called selling the debt to collection agency, if you run a corp, its rather easy to do. Whether or not they'll buy it is another story
