Mmm Don't matter if the photographer is in US jurisdiction or not. There are many photographers all over the world who supply content and support more than enough paperwork to cover US title 18 stuff. Much of this is already standard practice anyway, as much as a Model Release is to most pro photographers.

Obviously, it may be wise for any distributor to have all support documentation in regard to Title 18 blah - just in case!

We deal with content from many sources worldwide and have not had any problems.
