It all depends on what you want to do. There are many legal issues to be concerned about. The most conservative approach would be to destroy the images with her present and don?t accept any money for doing so.
If you do take the money well it does kind of sound like extortion to someone outside the business. While technically it is not, I would sure hate to have to explain it to a conservative judge here in Indiana. If at any point in the future she decides or maybe the boyfriend finds out she paid you 2x for the pictures you might have to explain it. If you do take money the a conservative approach would be to accept what you paid her for them. If extortion/ blackmail was ever claimed the 2x what you paid her would stick out like a sore thumb.
Of course if you make her really mad you run the risk of an obscenity prosecution if you are in a conservative jurisdiction. In short maybe it is best to keep a low profile rather than making an issue of it. Cut your losses and exit the situation. That is what I would advise a client to do. Also, make sure she signs a release stating she releases you from all future claims.
