If you are encouraging or aiding or profiting from a suicide, which is akin to murder under our legal system, it could be risky.

That the good news.

The bad news: if law enforcement doesn't get you, the civil suits CERTAINLY will.

You just need one kid to see the web site, and imitate it in his own suicide, leaving a note saying you inspired him, and you will be sued so hard you would rather get fucked in the ass with barbed wire and without any lube.

I would estimate potential legal liabilities in the $XX,XXX,XXX.00 range.

Look up the Ozzie Osbourne lawsuit over his song "Suicide Solution." I think Judas Priest got sued too. Ozzy won his lawsuit on first amendment grounds, but still, such suits are an ordeal.

Regardless of culpability, do you have $500,000 to pay your lawyers? Moreover, do you really want a possible REAL suicide of a distraught kid to follow you for the rest of your life?

I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice.
