People incorporate to avoid lawsuits, or rather to limit thier ability to affect them. So someone sues. Between the time they get the judgement, the site popularity goes through the roof, millions of page impressions. Advertising revenues go nuts. Talk shows call wanting me to come on the show to talk about why I'd do some disgusting thing like this.
Then they finally get a judgement in the amount of $900 million dollars. The corporation files for bankruptcy and its assets, consiting of a fax machine, a roll of stamps, a box of enevelopes, a wal-mart phone and answering machine, a box of paper clips, a computer, three ink pens, two pads of post it notes, a partical board desk and wal-mart chair will be sold, netting $53.21. Nothing more to collect.
I am not worried about civil lawsuits. I am worried about criminal liabilty, which if there is any, would not only allow them to throw me in jail but rather to pierce the corporate viel and come after me personally.
