Check this company out for incorporating in the U.S. I was referred to them by another webmaster and they were pretty good.
They will incorporate you with an EIN number in under 24-hours for about $199. They can also provide you with a Nevada phone number that they answer in your company's name during business hours, and then it goes to voice mail. They will also put someone on your corporation that keeps you off public record.
