Not sure how long you've been dealing with it, but it's been MONTHS here since we requested the refund. I stopped counting after about 20 broken promises regarding delivery of a design mock up, this that and especially the refund. It's gone beyond ridiculous. It's simple.... If you accept money, you've made a contract. IF, and I mean "if" they are having trouble getting money from a client, that is their problem not all of ours. I can understand a few weeks, but a few months, unanswered emails and the ones that are answered BS after BS. I'm sick of it. I don't know WHO zuzana is, but whom ever I have been dealing with has jacked the last nerve of the owners of the company. Not to mention it made me look foolish for recommending her to them and other people, so it affected me to a point. (Her/His (???) first 2 projects (although small) were completed on time and to spec) after that....... NOTHING. It seems as if it all went to crap at the same time for all of us.
Looks like another lawsuit will be filed. The owner doesn't take shit and it was a significant enough amount of money to attempt to retrieve it if they won't pay up. If they do pay up.... They may be able to salvage their name to an extent, but if this continues, my guess is that another company with a different name will pop up.
I have outsourced ppl with business flow where it should have been so I dug into my personal checking account, it's easy.
