Content: You will be entitled to sell the content anyway you see fit, though I would like to reserve the right to use the content for my own sites if it should ever happen in the future, though I will not be allowed to resell it.
The domain would be well suited for a mainstream endeavor and I have got estimates on its value at 10K. To the right company it could sell for alot more.
