Thanks for all of the great comments. I just got back from Europe and I am can barely keep my eyes open to type this. I am going to get some sleep and I need to catch up on some work tomorrow. Then I hope to have alot of time to go through this thread in more detail and spend time talking about it. I really hope we can get some good constructive talks going.
