Dear Mr. Greenfield:

I am a licensed attorney in Nevada. I have represented Yvette Tolles over the years and I am familiar with her work.

It is my understanding she entered into a legal contract with you to promote some of her photos. She provided you with the materials, you used them and profited from their use, did not pay her a portion of any profits you made and now refuse to return the original CDs and other items you have in your possession of her original work.

On behalf of my client, I hereby demand you immediately return all original materials you possess regarding her modeling work. I also demand you cease using any of her images for any and all Internet promotions for profit.

By obtaining her images under an agreement for profit, then refusing to share any profits you made and return her original works, you may have committed a federal criminal offense by using the Internet to accomplish your goals. If that is the case and you do not immediately return the original materials and cease using them, your activity will be reported the United States Attorney for investiagion of fraudulent practices.

Yvette would like to settle this peacefully with you simply returning what you took from her. If you do not, then further legal action will be pursued to protect my client's rights.

Please respond to this demand within 10 days of this notice.
