Some ideas are too stupid and ridiculous to even reason against. This is one of those ideas.
However, for the sake of those who don't understand why, allow me to explain.
This little piece of dribble assumes "the people" of a country to be a single, coherent entity. Obviously, that is pure rubbish. Different people have different views, and blaming them for the views and votes of others, even if those are the majority, is ridiculous. Otherwise, one would have to hold dissidents and opposition responsible for the actions of the very regime they fight against - a completely unreasonable idea.
Moreover, even those who may have voted for a specific government may not agree with all its actions. Lack of insight in hidden goals of a particular party does not make one responsible for those hidden goals when they eventually become clear.
