You're missing it. He supposedly spent money to buy that domain off the previous owner. Parked domains are for when you buy muliblile domains and are looking to make a slight roi on the 8 bucks you spent on it. Do a ton of domains and make 12.00 per year on them and its possible to make a profit off it. You cant sell weed online. You can sell weed releated objects though.
