get used to the soreness...in time it becomes a friend....and if you're really sore....ice packs followed by heat...
also stretching helps...and ambling on the treadmill for about ten minutes can help work out some of the kinks.
i live for that work out soreness now. a year ago, i was such a wuss, that, after a session, i'd be on the couch, whining.
