so true
yrs ago I had my first sushi, maki , wasnt even real sushi rice, wrong salmon and I thought it was amazing. Then I found a restaurant that got lotsa prizes for their sushi, got voted best of Europe within the Jap community. And that was just over the top.
Ive had sushi all over the world, its different in every country. But I love it. If you never had it, at least try to find a decent restaurant so you dont pay for 3rd grade salmon and some cheapass rice a chinese guy makes into sushi.
