Assault is NOTHING. I have no record and my brother is an attorney.
Assuming that I dont actually KILL him it would be a misdemeanor, even if it's premeditated.
12 hours in jail to "cool off", a couple hundred bucks bail, 100 bucks court costs, some unsupervised probation. I called my brother and asked about this about an hour ago.
I can deal with that.
