found it.. no support needed, i want their legal dept.. I'm filing suit against them if my information is not removed from a whois on a domain I do not own.
As they are the registrar & have control, they are responsible as owner of domain has ignored my requests to remove my information & the owner lives in Australia, which makes it difficult to take action,, So, namecheap is the one I am going after, & I filed a formal complaint with Internic, & no, they're not open..
