If you contact enom with your complaint that will make namecheap speed up a bit. Contacting eNom though isn't fun.

I emailed both namecheap & submitted a complaint with Internic. The issue's been resolved. That was quick too,, I didn't think they were open because noone answered the phone, but they check the email
