So the deal is basically that Gary won the IP space in a court ruling....
Then ARIN said "No way, were not going to give them to you even though you now own the business and all its assets according to the court".
So Gary's suit is right on track. They are playing BS with him to try to get those IP's out of "historical" arin. Meaning they were assigned during a time
when ARIN had different rules and so are grandfathered in.
Gary has a legit case and will most likely win. And I'll tell you, if he does, it will change the face of IP space as we know it today.
