As many of you know I am ramping up a major project that includes stories, pictures and audio. The audio files are huge and sometimes 15 minutes long. We've had great success with them on our sites but there is a huge increase in bandwidth. Once we make this available as a plugin for some larger sites that could become very costly and some webmasters may not feel that audio is worth it to them verses the cost.

So I have a question- which would you choose?

1) Fuck the bandwidth - stream the audio and charge me. As long as my subscribers love it and it makes them come back CHARGE ME.

2) I'd make them available but as a download compressed file and they can play offline. Keep pics, story and audio all together and one monthly price.

3) Create a plugin with stories and pictures that is affordable and then make the audio an upsell where the webmaster can earn comission. If th webmasters reaches a certain number of sales they get free content.

Thank you for your help and feed back on this. It's going great, as far as the content end of things but the tech end or product fullfillment has to be right.

Ideas?
